Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SKNFORM! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our booking terms and conditions.
1. Booking Process
Appointments can be booked via the Fresha app or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Booking Fee
A non-refundable £10 booking fee per treatment is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
3. Payment
Booking fees are payable through Fresha when booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a full charge. If rescheduling within the window, your original booking fee will be transferred to the new date.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the booking fee retained.
6. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 48 hours) will be charged the full treatment cost. This helps protect time and resources allocated for your booking.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for treatments, consultations or time-based services once delivered.
8. Risk Acknowledgement
Treatment risks are outlined in the consultation forms available via Fresha. Clients are responsible for reading and understanding these before proceeding.
9. Consultation Form
Before treatment, you must complete a consultation form detailing medical history, allergies and relevant information to ensure your safety and a personalised experience.
10. Patch Test Requirement
If your selected service requires a patch test, it must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete this will result in automatic cancellation with the booking fee retained.
11. Property Disclaimer
SKNFORM is not responsible for any damage to personal property during treatments. Clients accept this risk upon booking.
12. Under-18 Clients
Written parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18. Lack of consent will result in appointment cancellation.
13. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information relevant to your health and treatment suitability. SKNFORM may refuse service if this is not met.
14. Liability Disclaimer
While we prioritise safety, SKNFORM cannot be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries or outcomes following treatments.
15. Changes to Policy
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified via email or Fresha.
16. Complaints Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality service at SKNFORM. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Speak with your therapist or contact us at the earliest opportunity after your appointment at sknformuk@gmail.com. Most concerns can be quickly resolved this way.
Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please email us with details including your name, appointment date and the nature of the complaint. We aim to acknowledge your email within 48 hours and provide a response within 7 working days.
Step 3 – Follow-up: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will provide information about any next steps or mediation services available.
