Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in Newton-le-Willows near Warrington. The exact address is located at the bottom of this web page and also given to you after you have booked your appointment.


do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we offer complimentary consultations for all treatments. This allows us to discuss your goals, assess your needs and recommend the most suitable treatment plan before you commit.


what payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following - cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.


how do i book an appointment?

All appointments are booked online through here.

How far in advance should i book?

It is recommended to book at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for evenings and weekends.

can i bring someone with me?

As we work from a home based salon, space is limited. We kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone unless agreed otherwise.

is there parking available?

Free parking is available on the drive located at the front of the property.

what is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full treatment price. This ensures that we can keep our diary fair and available for all clients.

do you take walk ins or appointment only?

All appointments must be booked in advance. You can contact us directly or book through Fresha to secure your slot.

do i need to patch test before my treatment?

Yes, for your safety, all new clients require a patch test at least 24 hours before certain treatments such as lash extensions, lash lifts and tinting.

do you treat under 18s?

We do but only with full parental consent. A parent or guardian must attend the first appointment.

what products do you use in treatments?

We use professional brands such as ESPA, Kaseo, Mr Lash, London Lash, Nouveau Lash and Maxi Move, chosen for their proven results and safety.

do you provide aftercare advice?

After every treatment you will receive personalised aftercare instructions to help you get the best results and maintain them for longer.

do you offer treatments for men?

Men are welcome at our salon. We provide facials and massage tailored specifically for men, focussing on skin health, relaxation and wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to destress, improve skin hydration or target tension, each treatment is personalised to suit your needs.
